Matt has been a leader in the fitness and wellness industry for the past 11 years in the West and Midwest. A natural-born athlete from Chicagoland, Matt has been leading teams on and off the field as well as hitting any slopes he could find since he was a kid. A former wildland firefighter, Matt has always been into personal fitness, and discovered his passion for training others when he began designing physical fitness programs for wildland fire crews during his rookie fire season, continuing every season thereafter. Personal training was a logical next step, and Matt trained individuals, communities, and corporations in downtown Chicago before moving to Denver in 2018. Matt’s varied range of knowledge and experiences gives him a unique edge that has benefitted each of his clients, and is sure to benefit you.
Matt is passionate about making fitness sustainable and accessible for everyone, and loves the challenge of modifying exercises for individual needs. He takes a holistic, total body approach to fitness, focusing on functional strength and mobility for the individual. His customized group classes and private workouts are client-centric, designed to be varied, challenging, and mentally stimulating for everyone.
